About The Rabbi Morris Goldfarb Memorial Eruv
The Cornell Eruv project is an exciting initiative to significantly enhance the campus Shabbat experience for observant Jewish Cornell students and local members of the Ithaca Jewish community.
A product of the combined efforts of the Center for Jewish Living (CJL), Cornell Hillel, The Jewish Learning Initiative on Campus (JLIC) and the Cornell Eruv Executive Committee, the Cornell Eruv encloses the entire Cornell University campus, the north and west campus dormitories, the majority of Collegetown, as well as significant portions of downtown Ithaca and Cayuga Heights.
The Cornell Eruv project has been made possible through the generous donations of Robert and Sarah Steinberg '78, Welsbach Electric Corp., the Ithaca Area United Jewish Community, and others. Thank you!
